After having several months of misery and constant problems following a new installation, I called Astral Heating. The experience can only be described as Brilliant. I outlined the problems on the initial call to Astral Heating. Tony arrived early, after reviewing where the old boiler had been situated and looking at the location of the new, he started his diagnostic check. In the time it took me to make a cup of tea he found the problem and within 20 minutes he had fixed the problem. Once fixed he ran and checked the system was working correctly. During this time he also checked the whole installation for me. Tony has got a great knowledge of heating systems allowing him to find faults others miss. Thank you Tony for a brilliant job.

My boiler had been playing up for some time and the fault could not be found by another engineer. However Tony came straight in and soon found an electrical fault in the boiler, he had the new part in his van so repaired it straight away. I did not have to wait in all day for him, just given an estimated two hour window and then a text half an hour before he arrived meaning that I could get on with my day. Very pleasant man and well worth the cup of coffee I gave him.
A very reliable service given and problem quickly sorted. Did not have to wait in all day as gave a two hour slot but text me when on way. Have used them many times in the past and never had any problems with them.
